Terms
What this house offers, what it doesn’t, and how we do business.
By using aetherandroot.com, you agree to these terms. They’re written plainly on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us at letsbloom@aetherandroot.com.
Effective August 17, 2026.
Our decks, journals, and pages are offered for self-reflection, ritual, creativity, and inspiration. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no card, prompt, or page here can diagnose, treat, or predict anything. Decisions you make remain your own.
The Inner Work rooms are spaces for self-reflection. They are not therapy, and they are not a crisis service. If you’re in crisis in the US, call or text 988 or chat at 988lifeline.org; outside the US, findahelpline.com lists helplines around the world.
Every card, illustration, and word on this site is the original work of Erica Day and is protected by copyright, © Aether & Root. You’re welcome to browse, share links, and post photos of decks you own with credit. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, scan, or use the artwork or text — including in machine-learning datasets — without written permission.
When the shop opens: prices are listed in US dollars, and payment is handled by Stripe. Physical decks are printed and fulfilled by our production partner and shipped to the address you provide. Digital editions are delivered as downloadable files licensed to you personally — yours to keep and use on your own devices, not to share, post, or resell. Each digital copy is marked with the buyer’s email and order number. If anything arrives wrong — damaged, misprinted, missing — write to letsbloom@aetherandroot.com and we’ll make it right.
The Kindred and Lights pages link to brands and creators we’ve chosen with care, but they are their own houses. We don’t control their sites, goods, or policies, and linking to them isn’t a guarantee of anything on their end.
This site and its goods are provided “as is.” We work hard to keep everything accurate and working, but we can’t promise the site will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Aether & Root isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its goods; for purchases, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the item.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. We may update them as the house grows; the current version will always live at this page with its effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
